Job

Duties:

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases
Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Participate in test planning, estimation, and prioritisation activities
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process

Required Qualifications:

Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
ISTQB certification or equivalent
Proven experience in software testing

Education:

Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 4-7 years in a test analyst role
Experience with manual testing

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practises
Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM, Confluence, Xray)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced certifications in software testing
Experience with performance and security testing

Working Conditions:

This is a hybrid role
