Job Summary
Sagen Advisory Recruitment company is looking for a young, dynamic, experienced, and qualified Para-Planner, who has a passion for growth, teamwork, and mentorship for a reputable Financial Advisory and Consultancy Company in Durbanville, Cape Town.
The Job requires your full unwavering attention to detail, prompt action, a hunger for financial analytics, ambitious drive, dedicated execution excellence, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- New Business Administration
- Manage Para-planning with Advisors.
- Refer prospective advisors for recruitment.
- Develop worksites for advisors.
- Refer business to advisors.
- Reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications
- BCom Degree
- 1-2 Years experience in Para-Planning.
- RE5 is not required but highly beneficial.
- CFP is not required but highly beneficial.

Incentives
- up to R 8, 000.00 based on new business submissions of the CEO and Junior Partner
- Up to R 10, 000.00 Referral fee for recruitment of advisors
- 200% bonus on above if more than 2 advisors are recruited in a month.
- 100% of referral fee as a bonus if advisor retained for 24 months.
- Commission splits on worksites opened.
- Commission on Database mined opportunities.
- up to 100% bonus depending on performance and targets met.
Targets
- Maintaining well-balanced and informed QRC Management
- Retention Index
- Assist New Entry Advisors with planning on achievements for competitions and bonuses.
- “Leave no stone unturned.”
- Meeting report deadlines.
Remuneration
- Base Salary North of R 15, 000.00 – Negotiable and based on years of experience and qualifications.
