REQUIREMENTS:

Previous Sectional Title experience essential
Proficient in using various computer applications
Ability to work under pressure
1 years’ experience

DUTIES:

Communicate effectively with owners, trustees and service providers.

Email management
Type correspondence, minutes and resolutions
Manage maintenance issues and log insurance claims
Administrative assistance to Portfolio Manager
Meeting Preparation
Attendance at meetings to assist Portfolio Manager
Submit CSOS annual returns

HOURS:

Monday to Fridays : 8:30 – 17:00
