REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Sectional Title experience essential
- Proficient in using various computer applications
- Ability to work under pressure
- 1 years’ experience
DUTIES:
Communicate effectively with owners, trustees and service providers.
- Email management
- Type correspondence, minutes and resolutions
- Manage maintenance issues and log insurance claims
- Administrative assistance to Portfolio Manager
- Meeting Preparation
- Attendance at meetings to assist Portfolio Manager
- Submit CSOS annual returns
HOURS:
- Monday to Fridays : 8:30 – 17:00
