Responsible for all administration requests in regard to client enquiries and providing assistance to clients and all consultants
- Health servicing
- Submitting applications
- Servicing the sales consultant`s clients
- Wealth servicing
- Submitting applications
- Servicing the sales consultant`s clients
- Short term servicing
- Submitting applications
- Servicing the sales consultant`s clients
- KPI`s to be determined on a quarterly basis at the discretion of management
- Meetings and interactions are required as needed by management
- Fill out applications
- Assist with medical questionnaires
- Use Zoho to submit applications to admin
- Follow up and report on the statuses of the submitted applications
- Managing a diary and setting appointments, tasks, and follow ups
- Assisting current clients with queries
