Job Summary
We are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Industrial Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Industrial Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the optimization of our manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to launch their career in industrial engineering.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. Collect and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new initiatives. Assist in the design and layout of production facilities and workstations. Participate in time and motion studies to optimize workflow and minimize waste. Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management. Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
