Position Purpose:- To ensure that all aspects of Office Management and Administrative Support for the office of the Operations Director is handled efficiently and effectively. To take responsibility for ad-hoc projects related to this function. Principal Accountabilities -In addition to following policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to: Reading, monitoring and responding to email Answering calls and liaising with clients competently Preliminary drafting of correspondence on boss`s behalf Delegating work in Operations Director`s absence Diary management Planning and organising meetings Organising complex travel, Preparing papers / packs for meetings, Planning and organising events, Conducting research, Preparing presentations, Managing and reviewing filing and office systems, Preparing documents, Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment, Managing ad hoc projects Compilation of reports Maintains filing system. As necessary, assists with incidents when they occur General day-to-day administrative support to CDOO Function / Event co-ordination Admin & clerical duties Office Management Meeting management Diary Management Competencies:- The Cordinator should have good communication and customer service skills. They should also be able to work independently, exercise good judgment and take initiative. +5 years of relevant experience in a Corporate environmentQualifications:Matric with a relevant secretarial Diploma
