Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS: Matric plus relevant qualification in production planning and communication in a production environment. 3 years’ experience in a production planning environment. SKILLS: Communication and leadership skills. Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Strong organisational skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Structured and detail oriented with the ability to follow tasks through to completion. Strong leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and make decisions. Self-starter who can work unsupervised and manage own time and activities. Empathetic. RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate and monitor daily production capacity plan. Identify backlogs, forward order constraints and compile action plans together with the Finite Capacity Scheduler to reduce delays on customer’s orders. Fielding enquiries by customers regarding orders. Compiling and distributing field communication on order status. Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems. Delivering information about a company’s offerings. Providing proactive customer outreach. Handling customer complaints. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback. Responding to customer reviews. Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content. Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics.
