Internal Branch Transfer s To rectify uneven distribution of stock. To ensure optimal sales by ensuring stock in the correct stores. To ensure cost constraints are adhered to. Markdowns Identify stock that needs to be marked down / promoted / repriced. Markdowns to be communicated to the relevant stores.
