Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Fire Protection Supervisor to lead their team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems. As the Fire Protection Supervisor, you will ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, in compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of fire protection technicians, ensuring timely completion of tasks to required standards.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Review project plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and equipment required for projects.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in fire protection systems.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports to management.
