Job Overview:
We are in search of a highly motivated and dependable HVAC Technician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our skilled technicians to support in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:
Aid senior technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including filter cleaning, motor lubrication, and part replacement.
Diagnose HVAC system issues and execute necessary repairs.
Assist in the installation of new HVAC equipment and systems.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials utilized.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
Effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
Participate in training and development programs as necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferably 4 years of experience in HVAC or a related field.
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Ability to comprehend and apply technical manuals and diagrams.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver`s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
