Job Summary
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Diploma / Degree in Management with Paddocks UCT Sectional Title / HOA Management course Registered with EAAB and having a valid FFC advantageous 3 yearsâ?? experience in managing Sectional Title Schemes / HOAâ??s as well as complex management Experience in overseeing / management of staff Good MS Office literacy The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Prepare marketing plant and ensure growth targets are met Ensure efficient and effective admin and management of owner and trustee relationships Prepare annual budgets and ensure property insurance is adequate Oversee levy clearance certificates and signing off of invoices to finance Review monthly results and ensure regular, accurate reporting Ensure effective management of properties in line with relevant legislation Effective property management of complexes ensure complex wellness Report writing Financial risk management including municipal charges Staff management and work allocation Community development Cost saving and waste management Ensure SHE compliance
Salary:
R21 000 per month CTC
