Job Summary

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: 3-4 year technical qualification (BSc Eng (Electrical, mechanical or chemical) / B. Engineering / Operations Management ESSENTIAL 8 10 years senior production manufacturing experience in FMCG Electrical / Mechanical background Capex project management Experience in having installed new lines on the production Leadership capability and MS Office & SAP experience Sound knowledge of production / manufacturing processes The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Contribute to material planning process and ensure daily production / manufacturing schedule is aligned Work to guarantee order fulfillment and monitor daily production / manufacturing schedule Manage entire end to ed produces and supervise production of products Ensure infrastructure maintained and monitor SHERQ framework Monitoring SHERQ compliance and ensure all regulations are enforced Ensure adherence to Quality, Food Safety, Health, Safety & Environmental Standards Contamination control / health & safety measures Attend/enforce training sessions Operational planning and budgeting processes Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to operational and financial frameworks Manage cost drivers and mitigate financial risk
