A 5* Game Lodge located in the Eastern Cape.
Job Description
Key Performance Areas of this position include:
– Conduct an advanced game drive experience (2 x 3 hours daily)
– Conduct walking safaris
– Host guests at certain meals and other relevant times
– Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of vehicles and equipment/assets
– Carry out stand-by duties and other activities undertaken by guests
– Perform duties as required by the Field Guide Department
– Work independently and unsupervised for majority of time
Qualifications
FGASA qualification Level 2 or NQF4 Field guide qualification. Full / Lead Trails guide or related specialist field guide qualification. SAPS firearms competency for rifle, Valid first aid certificate. DEAT registered. 4×4 Driving experience preferable. Trails guide and Advanced Rifle handling qualification.
Skills
At least 4-5 years` experience dealing with big five game and five-star clientele. Code B of EB driver`s license and valid PDP. People orientated personality. Good general knowledge of current affairs both locally and internationally
Salary / Package
R17,000 per month.
