Responsibilities:
Maintain an agreed level of pro-active telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers Proactively seek new business with existing customers as well as prospective new customers Effectively deal with telephone enquiries Maintain consistent communication with customers to process Quotes, Orders and other queries timeously Consistently follow up on quotes and orders that have not been processed by customers Liaise between Production and customers to efficiently answer general enquiries concerning deliveries and production Efficient, Accurate Data Capturing (Customer Details; PCB Specifications; Quotes; and Orders) Ensure that all customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion Ensure confirmed orders get loaded into production in a timeous manner to avoid production delays Consultant: Mia vd Westhuizen – Dante Personnel Johannesburg
