Job Summary
Our client is seeking an innovative and dynamic Dealer Principal to lead their dealership to new heights. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in automotive sales and dealership management, excellent leadership qualities and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Role: Provide strategic guidance and oversight to all dealership divisions to achieve sales, service and operational goals. Develop and implement business strategies, financial plans and performance benchmarks for profitability and growth. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability and customer focus. Lead and motivate a top-tier team, offering direction and professional growth opportunities. Build strong relationships with clients, vendors and industry peers to enhance the dealership`s reputation and market presence. Stay informed about market dynamics, industry trends and competitors to guide business strategies. Manage dealership operations, including sales, marketing, finance, service, parts and administration for efficiency and compliance. Implement best practices and procedural improvements to optimize operations and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, manufacturer and company standards. Qualifications: Preferably hold a Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. Extensive experience in automotive sales and dealership management with a proven track record. Strong leadership skills with strategic thinking and the ability to inspire teams. Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Deep understanding of dealership operations, sales methodologies and customer service. Proficiency in dealership management software and relevant tools.
