A fast-growing dealership is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Selling Sales Manager for their PreOwned Vehicles Sales Department.

Requirements:

Proven experience in automotive sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Previous experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry is preferred. Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Manage and lead the pre-owned vehicle sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the team delivers outstanding performance. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining a customer-focused sales process. Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally. Inventory Management: Oversee the acquisition, pricing, and merchandising of pre-owned vehicles. Ensure optimal inventory levels and display vehicles attractively on the lot. Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and sales promotions to attract potential buyers. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling advertising campaigns. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
