Job Summary
Duties:
- Assist Workshop Manager with day-to day operations, sourcing of Truck, Trailer and yellow machine parts
- Writing of orders, and linking invoicing to orders with other admin
- Service and repair parts inventory monitoring and replenishing
- Service schedule update and reminders on excel sheets
- Other service and campaign sheet updating in excel
- Further Duties to be discussed in Interview
Experience and Qualifications:
- Basic Technical knowledge on Trucks, Trailers, yellow machines and Cars
- No Official Qualification needed, but would be an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Communication skills to build relationships with suppliers, and negotiate pricing
- Basic Computer Skills – specifically Excel with basic formulas, Outlook, etc
- Attention to detail, to work at a VERY Fast pace, and keep track of multiple tasks and requests
- Hours 7am-5pm – be willing to work some Saturdays, and overtime if needed
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Own transport to and from work needed
- 3 month probation period
