Job Summary
Duties and Responsibility include but not limited: Manage daily running of the Housekeeping department including coordinating room activities, VIP checks, stock take and weekly staffing rosters; Provide daily, weekly and monthly operational updates to Executive Housekeeper; Manage, plan, allocate and evaluate room attendants and houseman; Communicate relevant information, identify training needs and; Be responsible for stock take and replacements; Must be willing and able to assist with other duties / projects from time to time. Qualifications : Grade 12 or equivalent 2 – 3 years working within a 5 environment. Valid drivers license would be advantageous Skills and Competencies : Computer literacy, Micros will be advantageous Fidelio Will be advantageous Great communications skills both written and oral Willing to work weekends and public holidays Deadline driven Attention to detail
