Job Summary
Our client is looking for an experienced Roof Waterproofing Team Leader to join their team for the Knysna / George area. Our ideal candidate is someone with construction, painting or waterproofing experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 4 people. Oversee and manage roof waterproofing projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Assign tasks and responsibilities based on team members skills and experience. Identify and fix any issues or defects in the waterproofing process. Conduct safety briefings and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Provide regular updates to clients and address any concerns. Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients
Requirements:
