Job Summary
Responsibilities will including checking incoming orders, processing orders and preparing for courier collection, ensure courier pickups and deliveries are on schedule, ensure same day orders are processed, invoicing, general filing duties, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Supply chain / freight forwarding experience is ideal Previous experience within the Transport industry Computer literate, specifically MS Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent attention to detail Resourcefulness and problem solving skills Friendly telephone etiquette and ability to communicate confidently via the telephone and on email Customer service driven and willing to go the extra mile
