Job Description A newly opened Italian themed upmarket family Restaurant located near Lanseria area in a high-end lifestyle estate seeks a well-experienced Restaurant senior Chef to successfully run and manage this kitchen and busy pass. Previous A la Carte Restaurant experience is required. Able to coordinate a kitchen team well. Good communication skills. Creative and able to run a tight ship. The role will report to the Owners directly as well as a Group Executive Chef. Qualifications Relevant formal qualifications will prove advantageous but not essential if well experienced. Skills Proven track record. Able to run and manage a busy pass in a Busy Restaurant kitchen. Good Staff Coordination skills. Great Communication skills. Good plating skills. Strong Character/Presence. Able to coordinate a team well. Benefits Negotiable
