Job Experience & Skills Required: Chartered Accountant Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a management position Proven experience in compliance within the financial sector Strong knowledge of annual financial statement preparation and review SOX compliance experience is preferred Duties and Responsibilities Oversee and manage the company`s financial compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements Prepare and review annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial reporting APPLY NOW
