Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Screening Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting compliance checks and screenings to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of compliance protocols, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for this role. What youll do: Custodian of all company policies. Draft and revise company policies. Custodian of delegation of authority. Adjust DOA as required for business. Coordinate with EAZY HQ all regulatory updates and impact on business. Manage SLA for all KYC KYS with EAZY HQ. Coordinate all pa dealings in EOH shares and ensure compliant and requisite approvals. Coordinate gift registry and report to risk committee. Monitoring of compliance and adherence with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures and follow-up on and ensure corrective action in respect of monitoring function. Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices. Use easy HQ to prep training on CEREBRO Public sector framework. Your Expertise: Business related degree Minimum 2 years operating in a compliance environment.
