How you`ll role
As the Creative Operations Manager you will ensure the seamless execution of creative projects from conception to delivery. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including creative teams, client leads, and clients, to optimise workflow, improve efficiency, and maintain quality standards. You are the ideal candidate if youre an operations-centric strategic thinker with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for driving results.
What you`ll do
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to streamline creative operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and software, to maximise productivity and meet project objectives
- Work closely with client leads and creative teams to plan and prioritise projects, establish timelines, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Foster collaboration and communication between departments to facilitate smooth handoffs and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Establish and enforce quality standards for creative output, conducting regular reviews and providing feedback to ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies while ensuring the highest level of quality
- Anticipate and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that may impact project timelines or deliverables, proactively identifying solutions to keep projects on track
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating, and implementing tools and systems to enhance creative processes and productivity
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of creative operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
What you`ll need
- 5-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to function within ambiguity
- Experience in developing and implementing efficient workflows and processes to streamline creative operations
- Ability to allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and software
- Experience in collaborating closely with client leads and creative teams to plan and prioritise projects
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ability to establish timelines and track progress throughout project lifecycle
