How you`ll role
As the Project Manager, you`ll oversee onboarding and project process for all new projects. Kicking-off projects involves managing a number of parallel processes and coordinating the output of different teams. You will use your excellent project management skills to bring everything together and ensure projects go live timeously. Youll also ensure that clients are onboarded effectively and experience only the best of what the business has to offer.
What you`ll do
- Oversee each new project from onboarding to Go Live
- Draw up timelines and project plans for each new project
- Update and share timelines with the project team and clients
- Manage deadlines and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Communicate with teams and clients clearly, consistently, and effectively
- Be the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase
What you`ll need
- 3 5 years of work experience in a project management role
- Experiencerunning complex projects with multiple parallel processes is essential
- Experience in marketing, B2B & B2C sales would be beneficial
