Job Summary
Job Title: Financial Accountant
Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable functions and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with audits as needed
- At least 3 years experience in leading a team of Supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- At least 5 years experience in an Accounts Payable environment
- Experience working with an ERP system (such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
