Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Vetting and verification of all FSP and FAIS
representatives as per FSCA requirements and our
internal standing operating procedures. - Capture information on the CRM system database.
- Uploading of documentation to electronic filing system.
- Communication of verification outcomes to Services
Managers and Dealers. - Prepare, print and distribute relevant certificates and
documentation to Dealers and Services Managers. - Loading debit order and manual payments via billing
presses. - Request invoices as required by our SOP.
- Assist with enquiries and complaints.
- Attend meetings, seminars and training cessions.
- Reconciliation of purchases and expenses paid.
- Attend to payment releases and refunds.
- General duties as may be required.
Requirements:
- Matric.
- Reliable transport.
- Computer literate Outlook (Email), Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- 3 5 Year General admin experience.
- FSP, FAIS knowledge (advantageous).
