Requirements:
Minimum qualifications include: 5 years of experience in fundraising or related fields; proven track record of securing major gifts from corporations, foundations, or high net-worth individuals; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational abilities; Ability to travel as needed; commitment to the company mission; A bachelors degree is preferred but not required if equivalent experience exists. Fluency in English is mandatory; Candidates must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals. Identify, cultivate, and solicit relationships with major donors, corporations, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals. Write grant proposals and reports for various funding sources. Plan and execute fundraising events throughout the year. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling fundraising materials such as proposals, brochures, videos, etc. Maintain accurate records of all donor interactions using CRM software or other databases. Steward relationships with current donors through regular communication and engagement opportunities. Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and messaging. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in fundraising through ongoing research and professional development opportunities. This is a 100% remote position and is open to anyone from any country to apply. The ideal candidate will have strong international connections and previous experience in a similar role. Remuneration is to be discussed during interviews.
