Job Summary
Graduate Sales administrator, Isando, Fixed term contract 12 months. MUST have a business administration qualification.
Duties:
The position reports to the Branch Manager and coordinates all sales administrative functions to process and procedures compliance including, capturing of data, system and documentation processing, liaison relating to sales activities. Update leads generation records and reporting. Update sales opportunity pipeline and reporting. Loading CMDW of all customers to be invoiced. Loading of PRs, POs, GRVs and process invoices on SAP. Perform general administration relating to the Rental Fleet including, licensing and registrations, ISOs for services, monthly invoicing on SAP, reporting, etc. Process commission claims for the sales representatives. Process vendor applications, ordering of materials and consumables on SAP. Assist with marketing activities including exhibitions, events, quotations, and invoicing on SAP. Perform general office administration relating to bookings, health and safety, sales reporting, etc. Branch accommodation booking. Sales file process and management.
