Job Summary
Graduate service Administrator, Isando (fixed term contract for 12 months). EE post. We required someone that has just received Certificate/Diploma in business administration.
Duties:
Capturing of data, System and documentation processing, Customer liaison relating to services and repair work. Liaise with customers regarding services and repairs due and pending. Using tracking system Loading CMDW for COD accounts. Process job costing, compile and submit quotations. Open job cards for PDIs, scheduled services, warranty repairs, equipment & component rebuilds, Load all parts for services required. Monitor work in progress. Capture daily timesheets and overtime of technicians on D365. Process monthly overtime on SAGE 300. Close all jobs and process invoices. Create all Purchase Orders on D365 & SAP. GR all purchase orders on D365 / SAP. Process supplier GR orders to OCR. Perform general workshop administration relating to service vehicle fleet, customer enquiries, service reporting
