Job Duties and Responsibilities Liaise with Clients Schedule Appointments Collating, Filing, and archiving of documentation Preparation of new files Updating of various databases Procurement B-BBEE Data Base Prepare files and conduct on-site verification for construction EME and QSE Certificates Prepare files and conduct on-site verifications for Transport EME Certificates Prepare files and conduct on-site verifications for Non-Compliant Certificates Prepare files for SED Certificates Assistant to the Senior Verification Analyst / Director Minimum
Requirements:
Minimum Matric Qualification At least one year of Administrative experience Computer Literate, Microsoft Word, Administration Vehicle and a Valid Drivers License essential a Must
