Job Summary
Requirements Matric A Bachelor Degree in Commerce or related Min 12 years working experience which includes: Management experience at a senior level in the Telco/AV/DA or FMCG industry People Management experience Experience and a proven track record in the industry will be an additional advantage Responsibilities The Senior Product Manager responsible for the mobile experience business unit including (but not limited to) Mobile Phones, Tablets, Laptops, Wearables and Accessories Contribute to expanding the product`s market coverage by setting up a product line-up operation plan Contribute to maximizing sales and minimizing loss by managing the product lifecycle and developing a pricing strategy to meet the target sales for the product Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals Drive delivery of the mobile experience business plan, ensuring growth of the category [Line-up management] Lead the development and management of the line-up portfolio plan and efficiency improvement efforts including market issue response Establishes performance goals for product sales, sets direction (from a product perspective) for the sales department employees, and monitors performance continually Directs department(s) to achieve objectives established in the Company’s Strategic Plan Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions/subsidiaries of the Company
