Responsibilities:
Grow the glass and cullet collection Managing 2 Regional Heads of BD Client retention New business generation Draft presentations Draft monthly variance reports Strategy implementation and drive Asset management Represent company at stakeholder meetings Must have: Valid Matric Business related post grad qualification will be a bonus No less than 10 years` Business Development / Sales experience, of which 5 years` must have been in a Senior management role Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers` license Willing to travel nationally Analytical Strategic Excellent English communication Advanced Excel skills Decision maker Relationship builder Presentation skills
