Develop and maintain relationships with Agents
Design, develop and plan guests` journey accurately and timeously
Follow all necessary steps once bookings confirm
Keep updated with changes in all company product offerings
Product training
Foreign language skills advantageous.

Qualifications

Certificate in the Travel and Tourism industry.

Skills

4-5 years` experience at a Senior level.
Experience in handling customer relationships and developing & promoting product and services in the inbound travel industry.
Working knowledge of TourPlan or similar booking/operating system.
Good product knowledge on Southern & East Africa.
Personal and educational travel experience advantageous.
