Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with Agents
- Design, develop and plan guests` journey accurately and timeously
- Follow all necessary steps once bookings confirm
- Keep updated with changes in all company product offerings
- Product training
- Foreign language skills advantageous.
Qualifications
Certificate in the Travel and Tourism industry.
Skills
- 4-5 years` experience at a Senior level.
- Experience in handling customer relationships and developing & promoting product and services in the inbound travel industry.
- Working knowledge of TourPlan or similar booking/operating system.
- Good product knowledge on Southern & East Africa.
- Personal and educational travel experience advantageous.
Salary / Package
