Job Summary
Employer Description Construction company specializing in property development. Job Description Your duties will encompass: Undertake, upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of rental units and properties. General renovations, paint work, plumbing and electricals. Perform maintenance and light repairs. Perform routine landscaping on the properties. General plumbing in unblocking pipes and fixing of broken pipes and leaks. Carpentry on hanging of doors, skirting installations and installing barge boards. Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs. General fault finding on electrical and plumbing issues. Conduct investigations, evaluation, and restorations on identified equipment malfunction. Qualifications Matric Skills Minimum 3 years experience in Handyman maintenance with hardware tools and electrical equipment. Understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems. Drivers license and Smartphone a must. Ability to travel within various sites, work overtime within reason & serve on Standby. Computer literate. Basic knowledge of OHS Act & ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Benefits 13th cheque
