As a Payroll Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our extensive workforce. Your responsibilities will include: Managing end-to-end payroll processes, including calculations, deductions, and compliance with statutory regulations. Collaborating closely with HR to maintain employee records and resolve payroll discrepancies. Generating insightful reports and analysis to support financial decision-making. Ensuring adherence to internal controls and best practices in payroll management. Qualifications: Diploma or Bcom Accounting Skills: Minimum 5 years experience in payroll/accounting role Sage 300 will be advantageous Experience in an accounting role will be advantageous
