Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Client Service Analyst to join our team. As a seasoned Senior Client Services Analyst, your role is to provide professional advice and support on systems and services to clients across various markets and services, including specialized assistance related to trading, post-trade operations, and market data systems. What youll do: Provide service directly to internal or external customers Provide expert advice about products and services to customers and external business partners Seek diverse learning opportunities and perspectives; quickly apply new knowledge and skills; use work challenges as opportunities to try new learning and innovative solutions Draw conclusions and make recommendations based on qualitative or quantitative data Take the initiative to set and achieve challenging work goals; focus ones time and energy to maintain high work standards Your expertise: Preferably 10 years experience in the stock broking environment, with a good understanding of the financial markets with an extensive working knowledge of BDA, MIT and Nutron systems.
