Job Summary
Job Purpose:
- Leading a team of Junior Engineers and Technologists which provides support to the operational departments. This includes managing projects to design, implement, stabilize, and continuously improve the logistical processes and systems.
Minimum
Requirements:
- 5 + years working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Planning, Cyclic Logistics
- Prior Automotive experience (Highly advantageous)
- Eng. Industrial
- Masters diploma / NQF level 8. (This would include an Honours degree. Could take 1 to 2 years to complete)
- Proven track record of Successful Project Management
- Previous leadership experience
Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Process and System design and implementation
- Continuously improvement of processes and systems
- Team Management
- Workload management
- Process and System failure root-cause analysis
- Develop and maintain a trustworthy relationship with client and the company
