Job Summary
An engineering, management and development consultancy based in Johannesburg is on the lookout for a Technical Principal Structures (Buildings) to join their team. The position will involve professional input to a range of projects including large multidisciplinary projects.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tasks and staff
- Provide support for the verification of subconsultants invoices
- Asses Contractors claims and draft recommendations/rulings
- Provide support in drafting & submitting of work authorizations
- Develop and maintain existing client relationships
- Assist in the financials and financial management
- Assist in winning and delivering projects and new work
- Mentoring graduates
- Submission of EOIs, RFQs, tenders and Proposals
Key
Requirements:
- BEng degree/higher degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 20 years of practical experience in the relevant discipline
- Relevant Professional Registration
- Experience in Etabs, SAP2000, and SAFE will be advantageous
- Sound knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA)
- Post graduate qualification in Structures will be advantageous
