Job Summary
A large Motor Dealership based in Johannesburg Sout h is looking for a qualified Trainee Finance & Insurance Manager . As an F&I Business Manager , your main purpose will be to provide excellent customer service to clients and the dealership through vehicle finance and the sale of approved products in order to maximize gross profit. Responsibilities (but not limited to): Selling of approved finance and insurance products Ensuring final check and all delivery requirements have been adhered to Managing relationships between the client and the bank/insurance provider Ensuring statutory requirements are met Monitoring the progress of the finance & insurances product sales Administering the finance & insurance data Ensuring customer satisfaction is met
Requirements:
Grade 12 1 year experience working as a trainee F&I in a dealership capacity NCA and RE5 Accredited Tertiary qualification (Degree or diploma) About you: Ability to initiate action Persuading & influencing skills Good planning and organizational skills Following all instructions and procedures Excellent interaction and people skills Writing and reporting skills Communication of information Please note that only candidates with the required experience will be considered and contacted.
