Job Summary
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate the pulp and sugar industries, focusing on water treatment solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold-calling potential clients, to build a robust pipeline of projects. Collaborate closely with technical teams to tailor water treatment solutions that meet the unique needs and challenges of pulp and sugar production processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at pulp and sugar mills, understanding their operational challenges and offering innovative solutions. Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maximizing profitability. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks. Manage the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance our visibility and network within the industry.
Requirements:
– B.Eng in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven Experience in Business Development.- Strong understanding of water treatment.- Willingness to travel extensively.
