Job Summary
Seeking a Landscaping Supervisor to join their team, based Lenasia.Successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company`s landscaping operations and ensure that properties are always looking their best, as well as management of gardening teams.Minimum
Requirements:
-Matric or equivalent, with additional education or certification in landscapingMinimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory roleExtensive knowledge of plants, trees, and other landscaping materialsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent problem-solving and decision making abilitiesProficiency in budgeting and cost controlKnowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to landscapingValid driver`s license and reliable transportation (Bakkie would be idea)
Duties:
-Oversee and manage all aspects of landscaping operations, including planning, scheduling, and budgetingWill travel for quotes, collection and will report to head office once a week.Hire, train, and supervise a team of landscaping staffSource and send quotes to finance for materials and equipment, ensuring that they are inline within budgetMaintain accurate records of project expenses and report any issues or concerns to the management teamDevelop and implement landscaping plans and strategies to maintain and enhance the appearance of propertiesMonitor and maintain
