Job Summary
BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION Ensure installation projects meet both customer expectations and design requirements. Exercise and enforce proper safety practices at all times. Work with project managers and customers to troubleshoot on site alterations to projects Communicate effectively with management regarding scheduling, and personnel management. Manage tools, equipment and personnel to ensure optimal performance. Utilize sound decision making and problem solving practices. Accurately document material lists, project information and alterations Lead installation teams by example, including first hand instruction and working side by side. Set expectations for each installation, including safety and code requirements. Ensure jobs are properly staged; coordinate and inspect equipment, plan and results. Monitor performance of installers and advise them on how to improve. Working as part of a team. Coordinating installations teams. Leading & managing installation service. REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Prior supervisory experience is a must in racking and shelving. MHE and/or Construction experience required. Relevant knowledge or warehousing/distribution, pallet rack design, material handling equipment etc. Ability to properly utilize a variety of tools and large equipment. Clean criminal record. Ability to review and interpret project drawings and specifications. Ability to work on a team and provide outstanding priority and task management skills.
