Our client based in Mossel Bay is seeking a qualified Estate Agent to join their team. The ideal candidate must be personable and have the relevant experience. This opportunity features an attractive commission structure.

Requirements:

Qualified Property Practitioner / Estate Agent preferable Up to date with industry knowledge Own vehicle Drivers License Duties Liaising with clients to market properties so that they achieve their maximum price. Handling enquiries about properties from potential buyers. Valuing properties. Surveying properties. Producing online listings, brochures, videos and other promotional information. Travelling to properties and conducting viewings. Negotiating the sale and letting of properties. Carrying out administration to ensure that sales and lettings are completed legally.
