Game Lodges located in the Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Eastern Cape provinces.
Job Description
Our client is looking for a Junior Field Guide to join the team. Someone who just completed their training or has roughly 6 months guiding experience. The lodges do not offer bush walks so full trails is not a prerequisite.
You will be responsible for:
- Daily lodge checks
- Guest check in`s and hosting
- Game drives
- Vehicle checks
- Veld management
- Routine maintenance, etc.
Qualifications
- FGASA Level 1
Skills
The successful candidate must have:
- FGASA Level 1 with up to date snake handling
- First aid
- PDP
- ARH (not a deal breaker)
- DEAT registered in Limpopo and Gauteng and FGASA membership up to date
Salary / Package
R6 500 per month
Benefits
- Game drive commission and conference tip structure
- Shared accommodation provided (Own bedroom and Bathroom)
- 6 weeks on 2 weeks off
