Responsibilities:
â?ª Provide legal counsel across the Group on a variety of matters, including commercial contracts, litigation, corporate commercial transactions, competition law, intellectual property, environmental law, proposed legislation, regulatory compliance, labour law and any other legal matters â?ª Drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial contracts and negotiating the terms of such contracts to protect the interests of the company â?ª Managing litigation matters across the Group â?ª Ensuring effective administration and management of contracts and other legal documents REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: â?ª Matric Certificate â?ª Literally Legum Baccalaureus (LLB) â?ª Admitted Attorney Job
Requirements:
â?ª Minimum Two (2) years post qualification legal experience with proven track record in commercial law â?ª At a reputable law firm â?ª Own Transport â?ª Travel Flexibility â?ª MS Office Competence
