Job Summary
Well established Company based in Kimberley requires the services of a Training Co-ordinator (SDF Skills Development Facilitator)
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources DevelopmentCertificate in Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) QualificationKnowledge and understanding of SETA and OFO Codes Previously worked with AgriSETA and or FoodBev will be added advantage.At least 5 years experience working as a Training Coordinator or SDFGood Knowledge and Understanding of Skills Development Acts (SDA, SLA, B-BBEE, EEA)Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to plan and organize training programmes and projects.Computer literate (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Outlook, PowerPoint) Knowledge of SAGE 300 Training Module
Salary:
