Description: Hire Resolve`s client, a leading mining company based in North-West, is currently seeking a skilled Section Manager (Trackless) to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of trackless mining personnel to achieve production targets
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Implement and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures
Monitor and report on operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to optimize mine operations
Requirements:
Grade 12
Relevant degree or diploma in Mining Engineering
Mine Overseer`s Certificate of Competency
Mine Manager`s Certificate of Competency
Blasting Certificate for Underground/Scheduled Mines.
8 years` experience in the mining industry whereas 3 years` must be in a managerial role.
5 years` experience in trackless mining operations
